18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

ScarletIndex is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any sexually explicit content as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c). We create no such content, and we do not select, alter, crop, re-encode or host it.

This site is a directory. It contains text, links, and profile images served directly from third-party servers. Any sexually explicit material reached through a link on this site is located on that third party's service, and record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 rest with that operator.

Everyone listed here maintains their own account on a platform that requires them to be at least 18 and to have verified their age and identity with that platform.
